I'm unsure as to what makes a 'good' modem, but i know the basics. I just want to make sure I'm getting what I need.
At the moment I am using pos 2wire modem http://store.att.com/catalog/productdetails.asp?ProductId=1000-401047-000&CategoryId=catMRG&show=Specs which constantly resets and pisses me off. So after multiple calls and troubleshoots they told me to buy a new modem, which after researching multiple forums I am convinced it is the 2wire modem problem.
I'm looking to buy a new modem at Newegg and just want to make sure I'm getting the right kind. Idk what the good brands are and was wondering what you guys use. I was also kinda lookin for a deal cheaper than the one I'm considering here http://store.att.com/catalog/productdetails.asp?ProductId=3347-02-1002K&CategoryId=catMRG&show=Specs
ne thoughts? or am I just bein too picky?
