Okay Im starting to get pissed off again. Computer was working fine all day yesterday and shuts down fine last night. I turn it on today and I get a BSOD about halfway through windows bootup. I check for leaks in the WCing again and find none. I boot into safemode and its work fine. I try system restoring to yesterday and get the same bsod again. I try restoring to the first system restore point, same bsod. Now Im frustrated. The problem doesnt seem to be hardware related and I didnt do anything to it yesterday so I have no idea what could be causing this. Any ideas?

How do you know it's not a hardware issue? Have a spare hard drive? Try installing a clean copy of Windows on it. You can verify whether or not it's a hardware issue (unless it's a failing hard drive).
Really think you need to ditch your water cooling system, regardless of how cool it is.

Exactly what I was thinking. Could be a failing stick, or a HD in its last throws, or graphics, or sound or....well the list goes on.

Success!...sort of. Pulled the sound card and now it boots. Of course now I dont have any sound and I really dont feel like going back to onboard sound. I really hope my sound card didnt die on me overnight. Im still trying to figure out why it would be working perfectly fine one day and then cause it to not boot the next.

What part did you replace last time b/c of the leak?

The leak was dripping on the back of the top vid card which subsequently traveled into the pcie slot which caused the mobo to become inoperable and had to be replaced.
And yes I will be phasing out the WCing as I upgrade which should be happening shortly.

Correct. Everything is dry.
Edit: well I tired putting the card back in and instead of a bsod this time I just got a black screen after windows booted up. Back to onboard for now.
