How to set up Ventrilo

Can anyone give me a little step by step on how to set up ventrilo for talking on the S&D server? I downloaded the software but aren't quite sure what settings I should use.

Well first off Vent isnt for talking on the SD server. Its a separate server and only allows you to talk to people in vent.

To connect to vent for the first time youll need to create a new server entry. Click the '-> ' button next to the line that says server. In the box that appears click new and name it GA or GoblinArmy. For the field labeled Hostname or IP enter vent7.gameservers.com and in the the field labeled Port number enter 4641. You dont need a password and dont worry about the default channel for now. Hit OK then press the Connect button.
