I have been Banned!

Hello fellow COD4 gamers. I Kid.Li. Was banned 3 weeks ago.
Reason, I was being spammed/early naded along with others at a choke-point.
I took my own initiative to kill the spammer/early nader, I planted a clay and switched teams.
I know this is wrong but technically I didn't break the server rules,
No where in the GA rules lists the clay act I participated in.
I never break server rules except for b3 in CTU once in a while on accident.
During the same match in which I planted that clay many others were early nading and no punishment was taken.
I just feel a warning or hour/weekly ban would of sufficed. Not a perm a ban stating "Your an Idiot" from the admin.
Hope I can join GA again soon.

As the admin who kicked you, I suppose I'll give my take on it.

Spec claying is a bannable offense pretty much wherever you go. It is definitely bannable here - no matter the reason (right up there with spec nading). Just because others are early nading, doesn't give you the right to do something that's wrong. All rule breakers will be dealt with according to protocol, and the same people you observed early nading were probably kicked shortly after you were removed.

As for the reason I stated in your kick, I have been addressed about that issue already, and I apologize.

I'm used to playing on heavily monitored servers such as CTU or BONES.
I never spec kill but I guess my emotional response got the better of me.

Sorry GA. If i must remained banned oh well. MW2 is around the corner right?

If we had to list out, specifically, every behavior that was unacceptable no one would ever play because the console spam would run nonstop. The fact that the server is setup to prevent friendly fire should have been your first clue.
